These are, for example, the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (DSGVO, from May 25, 2018), the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG) and the Telemedia Act (TMG, until May 24, 2018).   • to the immediate deletion of the data concerning you (cf. also Art. 17 DSGVO), or, alternatively, insofar as further processing is necessary pursuant to Art. 17 (3) DSGVO, to the restriction of processing in accordance with Art. 18 DSGVO;
  • to receive the data concerning you and provided by you and to transfer this data to other providers/controllers (cf. also Art. 20 DSGVO);
  • to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority if you are of the opinion that the data concerning you is being processed by us in breach of data protection regulations (cf. also Art. 77 DSGVO).

We are obliged to inform you of all recipients to whom we have disclosed data of any correction or deletion of data or restriction of processing that takes place on the basis of Articles 16, 17 (1), 18 DSGVO. However, this obligation does not exist insofar as this notification is impossible or involves a disproportionate effort. Notwithstanding the above, you have a right to information about these recipients.

In accordance with Art. 21 DSGVO, you also have the right to object to the future processing of data relating to you, provided that the data is processed by us in accordance with Art. 6 (1) f) DSGVO. In particular, an objection to data processing for the purpose of direct marketing is permitted.

Collection and processing of data / contact form

When our homepage is accessed, we log and store information in log files that your browser transmits to us. This is data such as IP address, date and time, the accessed website, browser type and version, operating system and referrer URL. This is done exclusively for statistical purposes. A combination with other data sources is not made.

Within the Internet offer there is the possibility to enter personal or business data (such as e-mail addresses, names, addresses) via a contact form for the purpose of contacting us.

We need the e-mail address and the name to process your contact request. The disclosure of this data on the part of the user takes place on an expressly voluntary basis. Thus, we may come into possession of personal data or other information, which will be treated carefully by us in accordance with data protection laws. This data will only be processed for the purpose of handling and responding to your request. The data will be deleted after we have answered your inquiry, or if a continuation of communication with you is no longer expected and there are no legal storage obligations. The legal basis for the processing is our legitimate interest in responding to your inquiry, as well as contract initiation or a contract conclusion as such.

Purposes of the data processing?

The data is processed for the purpose of market research and demand-oriented design of our website. The legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 a) DSGVO and Art. 49 para. 1 a) DSGVO.

Storage duration?

The data will be stored for a maximum of 14 months. The provision of this data is not mandatory and not required for a contract with us. You can prevent the storage of cookies and thus the use of Google Analytics through your settings or, alternatively, through your browser settings.
